Duties imposed by the new D.M. 37/08 (ex 46/90). It is prescribed that the purchaser entrusts the works exclusively to enabled companies, that the violation is sanctioned, and can preclude insurance compensations and connection to the police forces. Therefore, before subscribing to a purchasing contract, the client has to examine the Certificate that recognises the technical and professional requirements of the installing company, to verify that it is qualified to create the systems (whose qualifications letters “A” and “B” and “G”). The legislator prescribes that Companies House issues the qualification to the installator, indicating the installing activity. Relative to the electronic systems (anti-intrusion-video-surveillance-access control-etc) it is necessary ot have the qualification (to the LETTER B ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS). Relative to the anti-fire systems it is necessary toh ave the qualification to the (LETTER G). Therefore, the installators qualified for the LETTER A. (electrical systems) are neither authorized to create anti-intrusion-video-surveillance-access control and anti-fire systems, nor to issue the prescribed declaration of conformity.
